Released on 6 Nov 2025, Forefront is a multiplayer Virtual Reality shooter developed by Triangle Factory, the creators of Breachers and Hyper Dash. Unlike their previous 5v5 titles, this game moves to a larger scale, supporting 32-player battles that include land, sea, and air vehicles. The gameplay centers on a conflict over resources between the O.R.E. energy giant and local resistance fighters. Players choose specialized classes and fight across semi-destructible maps. The focus is on combining tactical infantry gameplay with the chaos of a larger battlefield.
This wasn’t our first project with Triangle Factory. We previously partnered with them on Breachers, where we handled the production of weapon skins.
Our teams were already familiar with each other’s pipelines and communication styles, so we didn’t have to spend much time onboarding. We operated as an extension of their internal art department to help hit content targets on schedule, working on Forefront from June 2024 through February 2025.
Our responsibility was building the 3D character roster for both sides of the conflict. For the O.R.E. faction, we modeled the full lineup: Assault, Engineer, Medic, and Sniper. For the resistance fighters, we created the models for the Assault, Medic, and Sniper classes.
The primary challenge here was technical optimization. VR hardware has tight performance budgets, and with 32 players plus vehicles on screen at once, unoptimized assets would ruin the frame rate. We prioritized a clean topology to keep the poly count down — all while preserving the intended visual style, making every class and faction instantly recognizable during fast-paced gameplay.
Let’s start with an in-depth analysis of your idea, a high-level quote, and project plan. Once we smoothen all the rough edges we can proceed to the complete design, development, and production of your game, followed by release and post-release support.
